Our Community Code of Conduct

 

The Truth. The Support. The Way Forward.

At The Truth Always Around (TTAA), we believe that real change starts with a foundation of mutual respect and honesty. Whether you are seeking support, volunteering your time, or partnering with us as a business, we ask that you uphold these core values:

1. Radical Honesty

We deal in the "Truth." We ask that you are honest about your needs, your situation, and your feedback. In return, we promise to be transparent about how we work and what we can achieve together.

2. Respect Without Exception

We have zero tolerance for discrimination, harassment, or judgment. Many of our community members are navigating the hardest days of their lives. We treat every individual with the dignity and kindness they deserve, regardless of their background or history.

3. Privacy is Priority

The stories shared within TTAA are personal. We respect the confidentiality of our community members. What you hear or see in our support spaces stays in our support spaces.

4. Safety First

We are committed to creating a safe environment for everyone. This means:

 * No aggressive or threatening behavior.

 * No misuse of TTAA resources or information.

 * Reporting any concerns to our team immediately so we can help.

5. Active Participation

We aren't just a service; we are a community. We encourage everyone to contribute where they can—whether that’s by sharing a job lead, offering a word of encouragement, or simply showing up and being present.

As a Community Interest Company, we promise to:

 * Listen to your voice when shaping our services.

 * Use every penny of our resources to fight homelessness and unemployment.

 * Be a constant, reliable presence you can count on.
