The Truth Always Around: Our 12-Month Growth Roadmap

Our mission for the next year is not just about survival; it’s about systemic change. We are moving from a vision to a physical reality where "The Truth" about homelessness is met with real solutions.

Phase 1: The Foundation (Months 1-3)

 * Step 1: The Primary Launch Fund (£20k): Complete our initial fundraising campaign to secure our first local premises in England.

 * Step 2: Legal & Safeguarding Setup: Finalize all DBS checks for founding volunteers and establish our Asset Lock protocols to ensure every penny serves the community.

 * Step 3: Premises Acquisition: Sign the lease for the TTAA Hub—a space that is accessible, safe, and professional.

Phase 2: Building the "Pathway" (Months 4-6)

 * Step 4: The Tech Lab Installation: Equip our computer suite with the tools needed for CV building, job searches, and digital literacy.

 * Step 5: 'Work-Ready' Wardrobe Launch: Partner with local businesses to stock professional interview attire, providing dignity and confidence for job seekers.

 * Step 6: First Cohort Intake: Begin our first 8-week intensive support program for 10 individuals, focusing on personalized reintegration plans.

Phase 3: Community Integration (Months 7-9)

 * Step 7: Employer Partnership Network: Secure formal commitments from 5 local businesses to offer "Second-Chance" interviews for TTAA members.

 * Step 8: Volunteer Training Expansion: Host our first formal Volunteer Induction Workshop to scale our mentor network.

 * Step 9: Social Value Reporting: Publish our first "Truth Report," showing exactly how much social impact we’ve created per pound spent.

Phase 4: Scaling the Truth (Months 10-12)

 * Step 10: Permanent Job Placements: Celebrate our first 5 successful job placements with a community "Move-On" event.

 * Step 11: Future Funding Strategy: Apply for larger National Lottery or Government grants based on the data and success stories collected in the first 9 months.

 * Step 12: The Anniversary Launch: Host an open house at the Hub to thank the community and set the target for our second premises.
