At The Truth Always Around, we don't believe in hiding from the difficult realities of our society. The truth is that homelessness and unemployment are systemic crises that require more than just temporary fixes—they require a consistent, unwavering presence.
We are a Community Interest Company (CIC) dedicated to providing direct, high-impact support to vulnerable individuals across England, helping them move from the fringes of society back into the heart of the community.
Why We Are a CIC (Community Interest Company)?
Choosing to form as a CIC was a deliberate decision to ensure that our mission remains pure and our impact remains local.
* The Asset Lock: Legally, every penny we generate is "locked" for the benefit of the community. We do not have private shareholders; our only "stakeholders" are the people we serve.
* Public Accountability: We are regulated by the Office of the Regulator of Community Interest Companies, ensuring we meet the "Community Interest Test" every single year.
* Social Enterprise Model: We combine the heart of a charity with the efficiency of a business to create sustainable change.
The TTAA Approach: The Reintegration Pathway
We believe that housing and employment are two sides of the same coin. You cannot easily maintain a job without a home, and you cannot sustain a home without a stable income. Our holistic model addresses both simultaneously.

TTAA was founded by a team of social advocates who saw the gaps in the traditional support system. We realized that while many services exist, they often lack the transparency and long-term commitment needed to break the cycle of poverty.
Today, we are a growing network of volunteers, business partners, and community leaders working together to ensure that in England, hope is never out of reach.
