The Truth Always Around: Our 12-Month Growth Roadmap
Our mission for the next year is not just about survival; it’s about systemic change. We are moving from a vision to a physical reality where "The Truth" about homelessness is met with real solutions.
Phase 1: The Foundation (Months 1-3)
* Step 1: The Primary Launch Fund (£20k): Complete our initial fundraising campaign to secure our first local premises in England.
* Step 2: Legal & Safeguarding Setup: Finalize all DBS checks for founding volunteers and establish our Asset Lock protocols to ensure every penny serves the community.
* Step 3: Premises Acquisition: Sign the lease for the TTAA Hub—a space that is accessible, safe, and professional.
Phase 2: Building the "Pathway" (Months 4-6)
* Step 4: The Tech Lab Installation: Equip our computer suite with the tools needed for CV building, job searches, and digital literacy.
* Step 5: 'Work-Ready' Wardrobe Launch: Partner with local businesses to stock professional interview attire, providing dignity and confidence for job seekers.
* Step 6: First Cohort Intake: Begin our first 8-week intensive support program for 10 individuals, focusing on personalized reintegration plans.

* Step 10: Permanent Job Placements: Celebrate our first 5 successful job placements with a community "Move-On" event.
* Step 11: Future Funding Strategy: Apply for larger National Lottery or Government grants based on the data and success stories collected in the first 9 months.
* Step 12: The Anniversary Launch: Host an open house at the Hub to thank the community and set the target for our second premises.

A Message to Our Community
Growth at TTAA is a stated responsibility. We are building a "Compass" to guide people home. This 12-month plan is our commitment to you that we will be Always Around.
We've raise £20,000.00, our campaign needs to be urgent, transparent, and focused on the tangible "brick and mortar" impact. This fund isn't just for "running costs"—it’s for a Physical Hub of Hope in England.
Fundraising: Building the Hub – The Truth Always Around Launch Fund
Our Goal: £20,000.00
The Truth is simple: You can’t build a future if you don't have a foundation.
To fully launch The Truth Always Around (TTAA) and provide the life-changing support our community needs, we are raising £20,000.00 to secure and equip our first local premises. This hub will be the "Engine Room" where homelessness ends and employment begins.
What Your Support Will Build
This £20k start-up fund is specifically allocated to the essential physical needs of our new mission:
* The Safe Space (£8,000): Securing our first physical premises where individuals in crisis can walk in, feel safe, and be heard.
* The Tech Lab (£5,000): Installing computers and high-speed internet for job applications, CV workshops, and digital skills training.
* The 'Work-Ready' Wardrobe (£3,000): Creating an on-site facility where members can access professional attire for interviews.
* Operational Kickstart (£4,000): Essential insurance, utilities, and the initial legal framework to ensure our support is "Always Around" from day one.
Why Now?
The homelessness and unemployment crisis in England won't wait. Every day we operate without a dedicated hub is a day someone spends without a path forward. By helping us hit this £20,000 goal, you are directly funding the bridge between the street and the workplace.
How You Can Help?
1. The Foundation Gift (£10 - £100)
Every pound builds the walls. Your small gift covers the "basics"—an internet bill, a bus pass for an interview, or a clean shirt for a job seeker.
2. The Equipment Grant (£500 - £1,000)
Help us buy a workstation or furnish a private counseling room. Your name (or company name) will be displayed in our Tech Lab.
3. The Visionary Partner (£2,000+)
As a primary start-up donor, you will be invited to our grand opening and recognized on our "Founders Wall" at the entrance of the new premises.
Our CIC Promise
As a Community Interest Company, we operate with an Asset Lock. This means every penny of this £20,000 is legally protected and can only be used for this community mission. We provide full transparency on every pound spent.

The reality of homelessness in England is a truth that many choose to look away from. But at The Truth Always Around (TTAA), we believe that transparency is the first step toward transformation. Today, we are proud to officially launch our website and our mission as a registered Community Interest Company (CIC).
More Than Just a Charity
While many organizations provide temporary relief, TTAA is built on a social enterprise model. As a Community Interest Company, we are legally committed to reinvesting our resources back into the people who need them most. Our goal is simple but ambitious: to provide a clear, supported pathway from homelessness to employment.
Tackling Unemployment and Housing in England
The "revolving door" of homelessness is often fueled by a lack of stable work, and the "revolving door" of unemployment is fueled by a lack of a stable address. We are here to break that cycle by providing:
* Safe Housing Advocacy: Helping individuals find a foundation they can call home.
* Work-Ready Training: Equipping our members with the digital and professional skills required for the modern job market.
* Direct Employer Connections: Partnering with inclusive businesses across the UK to create second-chance employment opportunities.
We are currently raising a primary start-up fund of £20,000 to open our first local hub. This physical space will serve as a tech lab, a counseling center, and a "Work-Ready" wardrobe for those ready to change their lives.
Whether you are a local business looking to fulfill your Social Value goals or an individual who wants to volunteer in England, there is a place for you at TTAA.
The truth is always around us—and now, so is the solution.
